I was at work today realizing that if I wanted to eat out and not spend a lot of money, one of the best deals around is getting the kid’s pizza at Nordstrom’s Cafe Bistro. It comes with a small soda, and around here costs about $6. The pizza is hand tossed, fired in a real oven, and everyone is SUPER friendly. The nicest people I have ever seen in retail, actually. Short story: tastes great, is relatively easy on the wallet.
What I also realized is that I could never work at Nordstrom. I would not be able to handle so much ridiculous shit in stride like every employee there is able to do. They are customer service saints.

If only there were a Nordstroms in every mall. Some of us are not so lucky. The same bloody food for the past 3+ years…
I hear you. Same food for way too long sucks. And brown bagging it only helps so much.
What I did find out today is that another nearby Nordstrom doesn’t have the kid’s pizza, but does have this really good tomato soup. Apparently the menu is not uniform!
