I haven’t flown them in 20 years, and it will be at least that long before I fly these fuckers again. Total lack of responsibility. Weather problems are in fact problems, but waiting 3 hours to get de-iced the first time and keeping a crew on the craft that was right on the edge of being unable to fly due to FAA requirements, that’s fucking negligent.

I knew there was a reason I avoided these assholes. Not to mention that my medication is in my bag that they refuse to get.
